A whistle blower is a person who exposes misconduct, alleged dishonest or illegal activity occurring in an organization. Assistance and information from a whistle blower who knows of possible procedural violations and other irregularities taking place in a branch can be among the most powerful weapons in preventing / identifying frauds and enforcing the controls. As per our whistle blower policy, any employee can now report online through the template ported in our intranet help desk under in-house applications, using their User ID and Password applicable to in-house applications. To ensure confidentiality of the whistle blower, controls are built in permitting only the Chief Risk Officer / Chief General Manager (overseeing FRMD) - For Complaint against officials up to Chief General Manager other than CRO / CGM (overseeing FRMD) to view the contents entered in the template. Any whistle blower complaint against CRO /
