Dear Customer,

(i)If you have already lodged the complaints and the status is under progress, please do not lodge the complaint again as the same is already taken up for resolution.

As per Bank’s Policy, other than extra ordinary situation, we will initiate steps for resolving and replying to your complaint within a maximum period of 21 days. Please wait for that.

(ii) In case of ATM Cash/POS/ E-com /AEPS transaction related complaints, please wait for 5 days from the date of transaction. Most of the transaction failures will be re-credited within 5 days. If it is not re- credited within 5 days (Transaction Date+5 Days) you may lodge complaints in this portal.

(iii)In case of IMPS/UPI/Internet Banking transaction failure related complaints, please wait for 1 day from the date of transaction. Most of the transaction failures will be re-credited within 1 day. If it is not re-credited within 2 days (Transaction Date+1 Day) you may lodge complaints in this portal.

(iv)For Balance enquiry via SMS please give a missed call from your registered mobile number to 096776 33000.
